The company has an annual production capacity of 1.50 million forged steel engine crankshafts, 1.30 million sets of clutch assemblies, 0.15 million sets of spiral bevel gears, 0.10 million tons of precision forging and 1,200 high-strength bolts. These products are produced and provided to support more than 30 famous enterprises of automobile, engine and axle. The company has established a joint venture company in Guilin with Maschinenfabrik Alfing Kessler GmbH, the world leader manufactor of large crankshaft, which mainly produces 1.6-8m large crankshafts. The products apply to the non-road machinery and high-end machinery manufacturing fields such as marine, nuclear power, large construction machinery and agricultural machinery.

The company has more than 100 patents and several core technologies such as shaft neck and round corner hardening and rolling. The company’s forged steel engine crankshaft project was listed by the Ministry of Science and Technology among the national torch projects of 2006 (project number: 2006GH041399). The company’s construction project with an annual production of 100,000 tons of precision forging was listed among the national torch projects of 2011 (project number: 2011GH031814) and key projects of overall planning and promotion by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The company is one of the developers of two industrial standards, national QC/T25 Technical Specifications for Dry Friction Clutch Assembly of Automobile and the QC/T27 Testing Method for the Stand for Dry Friction Clutch Assembly of Automobile.
